Student Transfers

The Student Transfer Application is available from any campus office, or you may click the link below to print the form.  A new application must be submitted each year.  Make sure to complete all applicable information on the form including the signature on the back.

Application Process

Application Process

  1. Complete the application for your student(s).
    Please complete with as much detail as possible, filling out all information pertaining to your student(s).
  2. Submit application, along with any campus-required documents, to the campus you are requesting.
    Please contact the campus to determine if any supporting documents are required at the time of application submission.
  3. Parent/Legal Guardian will be notified by mail of decision.
The district reserves the right to change the status of any transfer at any time during the school year due to increased campus enrollement and educational program considerations as well as any district exigency that would require adjustments in campus enrollment.  Also, a student's failure to meet the standards contained in the Student Code of Conduct, the Student Handbook or attendance policies may be grounds for revoking any transfer.
