The Student Transfer Application is available from any campus office, the Human Resources Department, or you may click the link below to print the form.
2021-2022 Student Transfer Application (upcoming school year)
- Complete the application for your student(s)
- Submit application, along with any campus-required documents, to the campus you are requesting. Please contact the campus to determine if any supporting documents are required at the time of application submission.
- Parent/Legal Guardian will be notified by mail of decision
Timeline for 2021-22 Student Transfer Applications
All applications received by May 14 will be reviewed, and notification of campus assignment will be mailed by June 11.
Applications received after the May 14 deadline will be reviewed following summer registration, and notifications will be mailed in early August.
