- Students are expected to be on time to class.
- Bring proper attire for physical activity ( including appropriate footware).
- Participate in all activities.
- Be courteous and respectful to teachers and students.
Students will be given a weekly participation grade. During the two week unit the students will also be given a skills test each Thursday over sport specific skills of the unit that are learned during the week.

Week 1 - 8/21-8/26 = Introduction to course and strength and conditioning
Week 2 and 3 - 8/22-9/9 = Unit 1 - Volleyball
Week 4 - 9/12-9/16 = Strength and conditioning
Week 5 and 6 - 9/19-9/30 = Unit 2 - Basketball
Week 7 - 10/3-10/7 = Strength and conditioning
Week 8 and 9 - 10/10-10/21 = Unit 3 - Flag Football
Week 10 - 10/24-10/28 = Strength and conditioning
Week 11 and 12 - 10/31-11/10 = Unit 4 - Tennis
Week 13 - 11/14-11/18 = Strength and conditioning
Week 14 and 15 - 11/21-12/2 = Unit 5 - Soccer
Week 16 - 12/5-12/9 = Strength and conditioning
Week 17 and 18 - 12/12-12/17 and 1/2-1/5 = Unit 6 - Baseball
** Each Friday will be game day and we will play one of the following: Dodgeball, kickball, ultimate frisbee, freeze tag, or frisbee golf.
