Welcome! I am your student's math teacher. This is my eighth year teaching overall, and my seventh year teaching 5th grade math here at TCE, and I absolutely love it! It is very rewarding to see a child light up when they understand a concept. It is my goal to increase your child's confidence in math and support a growth mindset -- with practice and patience, skills improve!

I have two children, a daughter in 8th grade and a son in 5th, and a wonderful husband of 14 years. I grew up in Lampasas, and my husband grew up in Copperas Cove. We have a variety of pets: 2 dogs, Cookie and Lily; 3 cats, Duchess, Oliver, and Minnie; 1 turtle, Lloyd; and 4 chickens, Betty, Henrietta, Joan, and Willow. I enjoy reading, cooking and baking, sewing, and doing crafty things -- I love to create!
