Coordinated School Health

  • WSCC Model

Lampasas ISD has a comprehensive Coordinated School Health model for all grades kindergarten through 8th grade.  Each campus has a team comprised of the eight core components of coordinated school health.  The purpose of the Campus Coordinated School Health Team is to develop and implement the coordinated school health program and the comprehensive health education for their campus.  The team coordinator and a parent, who does not work for the school district, serve on the district School Health Advisory Council (SHAC).

The Director of School Health oversees the Coordinated School Health Program and the Comprehensive Health Education Program for Lampasas ISD.
