All changes/additions are to be requested in August and effective September 1st of each year for payroll deductions and benefits.
The only exception is a new employee will complete a section 125 Benefit Election Form when hired and an employee with a family status change (marriage, divorce, death, birth or adoption of child, and termination of employment of spouse) can make a change to their election within 30 days of a family status change. During open enrollment in August, as an employee, you are more than welcome to invite your spouse or a family member with you when you meet with a representative to discuss the benefits that are available to all Lampasas ISD regular employees and their families.
