Hello! I am the Behavior Intervention Teacher at LHS, as well as the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) District Instructor. My greatest joy is encouraging and supporting success in students. My goal is to create learners that engage in life and become integral parts of our community. I have been working with at-risk students in various settings for over two decades. I do this job because I love it and take great pride in growing our Badgers.
I grew up in an ARMY family, so I got to live in various parts of the U.S. This experience primed me to be the teacher that I am. I loved my time in Northern California the most; being near the ocean was always my favorite. My husband, daughter and I live here in Lampasas, building those Badger Country foundations.

I have been with Lampasas High School for the past 9 years working as the PIC/PAC aide. I love working with all of our students. I am married to a wonderful man for the past 19 years and count each day as a special blessing that we are given with each other. We have 6 children and 14 grandchildren. They are all most precious to me. I have worked in scouting for the Trinity District for 10 years as a tiger Leader to District trainer and District Cub Scouting Camp coordinator, and left scouting when we moved to Lampasas. I have worked with children of all ages and types, and have loved every moment of it. I continue looking forward to being able to work with the students this year.
